Vacuum Casting

Ensures accurate duplication of a model using a silicone mold. The most economical production process for small series: prototype parts, pre-series or parts sold.

Finishings

To view your product in its final version, different finishes are proposed based on the method and material used.

Selective Laser Sintering HD – SLS® HD

For small-sized parts requiring optimal surface quality.

The prototypes obtained offer excellent mechanical and thermal characteristics. This technology is ideal for your assembly or functional validations.

Fused Deposition Modeling – FDM®

MOVINGLight® DLP

Process of photopolymerisation to produce prototypes or functional parts with a very high resolution and at very high speeds, by polymerising the photosensitive resins with moving DLP (Digital Light Processing) UV rays.

In 2008, after more than 10 years of experience in metal sintering, INITIAL-PRODWAYS acquired a new generation of additive manufacturing, known as Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS®), to produce metal parts or mold cavities. We have one of the highest production capacities in Europe for improved reactivity. Through the use of nitrogen and argon-based technologies, all types of material can be used.

Post-process

We can perform all post-process operations based on your specifications through our dedicated workshop.

Casting

Using a stereolithography model (SLA®), parts are manufactured as either made-to-order or a small series, in aluminium casting and diverse alloys, poured in plaster molds.

Metal Additive Manufacturing

Enables production of one-piece, complex metallic parts with geometries which cannot be manufactured otherwise (control, transfer of fluids, etc.). This technology, resulting from rapid prototyping, offers a competitive alternative to standard manufacturing processes.

Thermoplastic Injection Molding

An essential complement to our mold manufacturing, we have an adaptable and modular machine park, ideal for small series production. We validate or produce your part in its definitive material.

Conformal cooling

It is the dream of all mould-makers to have cooling channels running in areas of the mould that are unreachable with conventional machining.
