FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

This technology is ideal when validating multi-material designs, choosing hardness or saving previous time when developing your products. Thanks to this additive manufacturing process, you can now validate your cast mould parts in a few days before launching the batch moulds.

  • Possibility to make one-piece multi-material or assembly parts that cannot be made using other processes

  • Possibility to make prototype parts directly from soft material without using a silicone mould so as to reduce costs and lead time

  • Excellent prices and lead times for just one part

  • High precision

APPLICATIONS

  • Prototype parts: soft or multi-materials. Two-tone, white, black or shades of gray
  • Sealing joints, bellows

  • Shock absorbers, shoe soles, etc.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A genuine 3D printer, the Connex® 350 made by Stratasys® makes your multi-material parts thanks to its multijet print heads which are fed by 4 cartridges with different materials. Building layers of material is very fast, the support part is then removed by spraying pressurised water. This process is unique in the world of complex applications.
