Raphaël Gorgé has been Chairman and CEO of Groupe Gorgé since 2011. A chemical engineer, Raphael Gorgé entered the family-owned Groupe Gorgé in 2004 after a 10-year career in finance and technology. His first strategic decision was to disengage the group from the automotive sector (70% of sales in 2004) and to move into the high-value-added growth sectors of technology (aerospace, nuclear and defense), while greatly expanding the Group’s international footprint (more than 50% of consolidated sales in 2013).
His meeting with André-Luc Allanic in 2013 was soon followed by an agreement to develop Prodways, the company of which he is currently Chairman.
Dr. André-Luc Allanic, a global specialist and pioneer of 3D printing, has contributed over the past 25 years to developing a number of innovative technologies in this field (notably stereolithography, sintering metal powder and polymer).
A graduate of “École Polytechnique” with a Master of Science from Harvard University, Alban D’Halluin began his career in technological companies where he led several marketing and development missions before joining Prodways, where he has been Technical Development Director for two years. Over these two years, he has worked closely with Dr. André-Luc Allanic, founder and R&D Director of Prodways, to launch Prodways’ new 3D printer ranges.
His technical experience and expertise and indepth knowledge of Prodways’ technologies will enable him to carry out his new role successfully.
Emanuel Mesaric, is a pioneer in the field of photoresists for 3D printing applications. He initiated the development of materials for Deltamed GmbH (a subsidiary of Prodways since April 2014) while preparing his thesis in 1999. He then continued his work in materials development for Dreve Chemie GmbH before returning to DeltaMed, where he has been Managing Director since 2009. He works as an expert for Prodways on topics related to materials.
Trained in mechanical engineering, and boasting a wealth of experience in design offices, Yvon Gallet founded Initial with two associates in 1991.
INITIAL is a pioneer and the French leader in additive manufacturing. In March 2015, INITIAL joined Prodways Group to bring its expertise in product design and development through the implementation and monitoring of innovative technologies.
