High performance laser sintering material for advanced applications
Launched at Formnext in Frankfurt, Germany, the PA612-GB 3800 makes his debut on the US territory at Rapid + TCT 2019 (visit us at the booth #2017).
Developed in collaboration with A. Schulman, it’s ideal for automotive and robotic applications that require high rigidity, impact strenght, isotropic behaviour and low moisture absorbtion.
Typical applications of the PA612-GB 3800 are:
- Car wings, for the stiffness and impact resistance
- Tanks and pumps, thanks to the low moisture absorption
- Structural elements with lattice frames, rigidity and 3 axis isotropy
- Engine covers, thanks to >100°C HDT
The PA612 3800 GB works on the ProMaker P4500 series, and is currently in validation phase on the ProMaker P1000.
