The Prodways ProMaker LD machines, already best sellers for dental applications, are the only large size DLP 3D Printers (300x445mm) featuring everywhere on the platform a native pixel size of 42µm. To enlarge the resins portfolio, Prodways & Loctite have validated two materials on ProMaker LD 3D printers:
– Loctite IND475: A single component UV resin to produce soft, elastomeric material with a good balance of hardness, strength and elongation
– Loctite 3843: A high strength engineering plastic with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish
This new collaboration reinforce Prodways offers and help fast forward the innovations in the industrial manufacturing, automotive or consumer goods industries. Featuring both industrial productivity and best-in-class accuracy, the ProMaker LD 3D Printers, with the combination of LOCTITE’s high-performance 3D printing resins, are now available for industrial applications to further enable the production of ultra-precise parts.
Solutions from both companies will be displayed at FormNext 2022, from November 15th to 18th in Frankfurt, Germany. Prodways will be exhibiting the ProMaker LD20 3D Printer and printed parts in their booth, 12.1-G61. Henkel LOCTITE 3D Printing will also be showcasing their industrial materials solutions at Formnext in booth 11.1-E26.
